Oscar couples glamour

I'm packing my gowns after a week of pure madness and empty sublime vanity! If only all the money and the energies spent this week could have been channeled towards the starving children in Africa or the fight against AIDS... The best accessory on this year Oscar the red carpet was " your date" ! Gorgeous and stylish couples filled the seats of the Chinese Theater and the Elton John party. Here all the ladies I dressed in different gowns for this useless vanity fair, but that pays my bills. I skipped the cerimony this year because I ended up very late for a quite upsetting fitting. After all the money we spent to make a costum couture gown, fittings in Paris, our taylor flew from Italy ,this actress decided to wear another designer. Maybe some money under the table ? ops! Say the sin , but not the sinner....

In this crazy circus I reconnected with my old friend Brian from NY who moved to LA. I haven't seen him in 5 years, and met again on MySpace. He recognized me in a picture on Damien Crosse's page ! The infamous "lollipop" picture ! Small world , thank God for the internet. Brian has now a lovely boyfriend, a nice home , two dogs, and enjoy the sun of California !

...ah, I forgot to say..I tried Nicole Kidman's doctor !

San Francisco

On my way to Los Angeles for the Oscars week I decided to stop for the weekend in San Francisco where I met Francesco ,in town to attend the 2008 Gayvn Awards.These " fags" are real jet setters, never stand still in just one place ! I started my weekend with an amazing day tour to the Napa and Sonoma Valley known for their exquisite wines. The weather was simply perfect with that first feeling of spring and a warm sun. The valley is delight of the eyes and the palate , I love red wines : the Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon are a must here.



By 7.00pm I was feeling "lovely" from all the wine tasting , I stepped into my sleek pin striped Dolce suit , put my new Tom Ford glasses ( I don't need prescription glasses , it's just a look ) and I run to the Gayvn Awards to support Francesco. The show was really bad , campy and boring except for the hilarious Lady Bunny comedy moments. But the room was filled like a choccolate box with gorgeous boys ! It was overwhealming !

Spice Girls

Yesterday in a windy 13 degrees night five friends left their beloved Manhattan to go to Newark, NJ and see the Spice Girls concert! It was pure fun all the way , like one of those school field trips ! Carson was in a super hilarious mood and he made us laugh like crazy. Roberto Cavalli designed the costumes for the Spice Girls tour,so I've been involved with this project since last September : lots of fittings, stress, dramas, but the final result is fabulous. Even if I saw the show before and all rehearsals, last night the performance had that special chemistry.

Is football a gay sport? Judging from the overexcited crowd last night at New York club "Splash"... I have to say yes ! I had so much fun watching the most popular american tv show all together with a pretty wild group of friends . The testosterone was high , everybody in a good mood , cheering and shouting for the local Giants ! And forget when we won... It was party all night !
